If you "try" to lose weight you will fail.

When I hear someone say they are going to “try” to get in shape, I know there’s a good chance they’re going to fail. Getting in shape isn’t something you obtain like a new shirt or a birthday gift. Getting in shape is just like getting out of shape, it’s a byproduct of a lifestyle. I never hear people say, “right now I’m trying to get out of shape.” Getting fat is never intentional, but somehow (for 60% of the US) it just happens.
