Results training provides an additional level of accountability and monitoring for individuals who are
looking to be pushed to their limits to reach their goals. This is for the client who has specific fitness and/or
weight loss goals, who is ready to step up to the challenge and get into the best shape of his/her life.
Results training programs follow a 6-week cycle of customized workouts, advice on healthy eating and
support from a personal trainer.
