6, 12, 24 and 52 week programs meeting 2-5 times per week fit into any schedule and budget, so there’s no excuse not to make time to work out. We’ve taken the guesswork out of what to do at every workout. A FlexCo. personal trainer will set up each workout, guide you throughout and provide motivation and encouragement to keep you moving. Partner this training with cardiovascular exercises on your own or on FlexCo.’s equipment, eat a balanced diet full of quality protein, complex carbohydrates and good fats and you’ll soon see changes that will have a long lasting effect.
