Training Center Policies


Appointment Cancellations and No-shows You must cancel or reschedule any scheduled appointment 24 hours in advance. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the loss of that training session. If you do not show up to a scheduled appointment for reasons such as, but not limited to: personal injury, illness, family member illness, traffic, missed train or other delay or reason not caused by FlexCo. Fitness, you will forfeit that training session. FlexCo. will on a case by case basis, pardon last minute cancellations in cases of extreme weather conditions that effect multiple clients in a particular day.

Late Arrival Training sessions begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late for your session, the personal trainer assigned to you will adjust your workout to coincide with the remaining time available for that session. The session will be forfeited if you arrive more than 20 minutes past your scheduled work out time – no exceptions.

Scheduling Appointments You may only reserve training session appointment times in advance equal to the number of remaining sessions you have purchased.

About Training Sessions Training sessions are 60 minutes long and follow the following time schedule: Sessions start at your scheduled time with a 5 minute warm up on your own followed by 50 minutes with your trainer and ending with a 5 minute cool down on your own. Your trainer will start no earlier than 5 minutes after your scheduled time. Sample scenario: 2:30 training session time begins with a 5 minute warm up; personal training session begins at 2:35; session completes at 3:25; 5 minute cool down.

Personal Items Please do not store personal items such as jackets, purses and briefcases on the Training Center reception desk, trainers table, workout equipment, chairs or areas other than the designated locker rooms. Please keep water bottles and towels used during workouts with you at your workout station. Lockers are provided as well as hooks for jackets in each locker room. Locker keys can be found with each individual locker. Please return the key to the locker after use. FlexCo FItness. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.

Cardiovascular Equipment Cardiovascular equipment is provided for use at no charge to FlexCo. clients. If you wish to use the cardiovascular machines at any time other than a scheduled training appointment, please make a reservation for that equipment at the reception desk. Please wipe down equipment after use.

Resistance Equipment All resistance training equipment including, but not limited to machines and free weights should not be used at any time without the supervision of a trainer. This equipment is reserved for scheduled training sessions and may not be used at times other than your appointments.
