FlexCo. Fitness was founded in 2001 with the purpose of improving individuals physical fitness, and towards that end, offers On Location personal training and studio-based personal training at the Fitness Training Center in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.

FlexCo. strives to help people understand how exercise, diet and lifestyle choices affect the body. Body consciousness is at the core of everything we do and we will continue to offer products and services that safely motivate people to achieve the body they want.
